We accept trades anytime we’re open. Our team will help you sign up for a Store Credit account and guide you through the simple process. In exchange, you'll receive store credit that can be used on anything in the shop.
Think of it as a thrift store for creativity: your unused supplies get a second life, and you leave with credit toward your next project.
1. Bring us your stuff
Bring in art supplies, fabric, craft materials, tools, and other creative supplies in good to reasonable condition.
2. WE SORT & APPRAISE
Our team reviews your items and determines our store credit trade amount.
3. Get STORE CREDIT
You’ll receive an email or text message with your new store credit amount. No need to do anything more, your credit is kept on our systems in-store.
4. USE YOUR STORE CREDIT
Starlandia store credit can be used for any and all purchases at our store. When you are ready to checkout just let us know your name or phone number and we’ll apply the store credit to your purchase.
A few things to note
We offer store credit, not cash.
Most accepted items earn approximately 25% of their expected selling price in store credit.
Appraisals typically take a few days.
Store credit expires after 12 months.
Trades are final once accepted.

Starlandia Supply accepts art supplies, creative materials, and other items in trade for store credit. You will receive store credit worth 25% of our expected selling price for any items we deem acceptable for trade-in.
Starlandia Supply will notify you of your store-credit amount within ten days. Starlandia Supply is not responsible for delays or loss of store credit resulting from inaccurate information provided by you. Store Credit expires one year or 12 months from the date it was generated. Expired store credit can not be retrieved.
By bringing your items with Starlandia Supply you agree to the prices set for all items. You agree that you will not be made aware of the prices set by Starlandia Supply and you can not cancel the sale of items traded in to Starlandia Supply. You agree that you are not guaranteed a trade of store-credit for your items if we are unable to purchase anything.
You agree that you are the rightful owner of the items traded with Starlandia Supply. If you are not the owner you have been authorized by the owner to sell said items and will indemnify and hold harmless Starlandia Supply from any claims arising from the sale of said items.
You acknowledge that any items we’re unable to trade will be donated to nonprofits or disposed of properly. You are not able to have your items returned to you.
Starlandia Supply does not provide tax receipts for traded items.
